Got a project that you think will take longer than one day to complete?

How It Works…

  • Be sure to think of all the projects you’ll need help with ahead of time. I can’t promise any last-minute additions to the to-do list will be addressed on my visit as I may not have the right tools on hand, or my schedule may not allow it!

  • Choose the service category that you feel most accurately represents the amount of time your project(s) will take to be completed. Then follow the prompts to enter your contact information, a detailed description of your project(s), and any photos you think would be helpful for me to understand the scope of your project. Select an available time that works well for your schedule, and you’re done!

  • I will review every appointment when they come in. If I have any further questions about your projects, or a suggestion to move your project to a different service category, I will reach out to discuss that with you! If changes need to be made, I can manually take care of them once you’re booked!

Not sure which service to book?

No problem! Book whichever service you think is most accurate…
I review every booking and can manually change the category after you book to put it in the right spot!

If you’re stuck between two service categories, pick the larger one… I’m happy to lower the price to the smaller service category if everything goes quicker than expected!

Policies and Fees

I always want to keep my fees to a minimum, but I have four that are crucially important for protecting my business!

  • Last minute cancellations or rescheduling requests significantly impact my ability to earn money and provide for my family. It is rarely possible for me to fill an opening in my schedule created by a last-minute cancellation with another job of a similar size in a similar area with a client who happens to be available earlier than expected. And unlike other jobs, if I don’t have work to do, I don’t get paid!

For this reason, I ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR PROJECT’S SCHEDULED START TIME. If you cancel or ask to reschedule within 48 hours of your project’s scheduled start time, I reserve the right to assess a cancellation fee to the payment method you entered when you booked. Of course, I’m flexible if a truly unforeseen emergency pops up, but if a cancellation is requested due to an avoidable circumstance (which includes a shipment not being delivered on time), a fee will be assessed. The fee amount is based on the service category that was booked: $100 for Express Visit, $195 for Half-Day Visit, and $375 for Full-Day or Multi-Day Visit). Cancellation fees cannot be used as credits for any future or rescheduled job.

  • Picking up the specific materials that your project requires before I arrive to our appointment takes time out of my work day. In order to compensate for that time devoted to making sure your specific project goes smoothly, I charge a flat Material Acquisition Fee of $50.00. This will be added to your service price at checkout.

However, if you purchase the necessary materials and have them on-hand before I arrive, no fee will be charged. If a project requires getting materials after I arrive, no fee will be charged as that time will have been accounted for in the agreed-upon service category that was booked.

  • I love helping people all over the Nashville-area complete their projects! However, some drives are lengthier than others and impact how much time I can devote to earning money each day. Because of this, I charge a flat Trip Fee of $50.00 (added to your service price at checkout) for any project located outside of the following zip codes:

    • Belle Meade area (37205, 37215)

    • Brentwood area (37027, 37135)

    • Forest Hills area (37215)

    • Franklin area (37064, 37067, 37069)

    • Nashville area (37201, 37203, 37204, 37205, 37206, 37207, 37208, 37209, 37210, 37211, 37212, 37213, 37215, 37216, 37219, 37220, 37221, 37228, 37232)

    • Nolensville area (37135)

    • Oak Hill area (37220)

    • Spring Hill area (37174)

    • Thompson's Station area (37179)

  • Doing physical work in Tennessee’s heat and humidity takes a toll on my body and zaps my energy level, sometimes for several days! Because of this, I charge a premium for outdoor work done in the summer. Therefore, any project that requires outdoor work to be done during the months of May through September will include the following fees based on the amount of time worked outdoors:

    • 0-1 hour: $30

    • 1-2 hours: $60

    • 2-4 hours: $120

    • 4-7 hours: $240
