Replacing light-bulbs: Limit 5 bulbs/visit
Hot water heater flush: Electric heaters only; If your water heater is over 4 years old and has never been flushed, it is recommended not to flush it moving forward due to increased risk of opening cracks in the tank
Dryer vent cleaning: Electric dryers only
Grout sealing: Limit 100 sq/ft per visit
Stone countertop sealing: Limit 75 sq/ft per visit
“The Basics” and “The Works” Plan appointments expire after 3 months/at the time of the next billing; “The Nitty-Gritty” Plan appointments expire the next March 1st after billing.
